What to send

Write your full account name, account email, mobile number, exact competition title, campaign and date clearly, then post these details to the address below. The competition’s postal popup fills these details from your account and the competition. No printing is required. Email and mobile help authorised administrators match your letter to the correct account; they are not published. Complete your contact details and winner-name choice before posting, or contact support for account or entry assistance before the closing time. If we cannot identify your entry, contact support with the details you posted.

You must be 18 or over and meet the competition’s stated eligibility conditions. Each accepted postal submission adds one entry, up to the personal limit shown on that competition. Buying a package is not a condition of using the postal route.

Where and when to send it

Use the current postal-entry address displayed below. Do not substitute our registered office or assume the studio address is the entry address. Allow enough delivery time for your submission to arrive before the competition’s closing date and time.

Use normal-rate post; special or premium delivery is not required. Entries arriving after closing cannot be accepted for that draw. Timely letters may be recorded after closing but before the draw; each physical submission is logged once with its receipt reference and actual arrival time. Earlier submissions are assessed against the instructions in place when they were sent. Keep a note of what you sent, the competition and the posting date if you need to contact us.

After posting

Postal entries require processing; they do not appear instantly in an account. Contact support if you need help tracing a submission. An empty online history does not confirm that a letter was lost; contact support with the competition title and posting date.

Eligible entries from the free and paid routes must be treated equally in selection. Entry count and the competition’s published conditions determine eligibility, not whether you paid. Read the prize and entry conditions before participating.
