Participation is strictly for people aged 18 or over. Do not enter on behalf of a child or let someone else use your account. Contact us if you believe an account is being used by someone under 18.

Set your own boundaries

You can take part through the free postal route. If paid entries become available, only spend an amount you can comfortably afford to lose. A purchase does not guarantee a prize; do not borrow to enter or try to recover earlier spending with further entries.

The account progress bar shows a personal entry allowance, not a spending target or a likelihood of winning. Reaching the maximum is optional. Social follows and referrals are optional too.

Need a break?

You can stop participating at any time. Email support if you want help closing your account or stopping promotional contact. Support can apply a manual entry restriction or account closure. This stops new entries while retaining access to existing records and settings. Wait for confirmation that the restriction is in place; automated self-exclusion and spending-limit tools are not available.

If participation is causing worry, speak to someone you trust and consider independent support from GamCare or the NHS. Seeking help does not depend on how much you have spent.
