Prize Delivery & Collection

Tattoo appointments

Tattoo sessions take place at Divine Ink Tattoo Studio, 29 Trinity Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1TT. We arrange the consultation and appointment with the verified winner. Tell us about access needs or scheduling concerns when arranging your appointment.

The design, placement and suitability must be discussed with the studio. A prize image is an illustration unless the competition expressly says it is the exact design. Check any stated travel, accommodation, redemption or appointment conditions before entry; contact support if they are unclear.

Vouchers and physical prizes

The competition description must explain how a voucher or physical prize is supplied, any delivery area, charges or collection requirement, and any expiry date. We will confirm the fulfilment arrangements with the winner after verification.

Keep your email and contact details current. If a prize arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact support with the competition and delivery reference. Do not pay an unexpected release fee requested by an unverified social-media account.

Updates and enquiries

The closing date is not the delivery date. Refer to the competition for draw and fulfilment timing. If a stated date cannot be met, we will explain the issue and the available remedy rather than silently changing the prize.
